Can anyone suggest the best book for CA final Law (may 18 exams old Syllabus) for self study

IMO you could use the book by Munish Bhandari along with latest Practice Manual.
Also, keep note of the supplementary issued by ICAi (if any) and updates in RTP for May 2018.
I agree with Baljeet. Munish Bhandari will help you in the conceptual understanding and ICAI PM will help you with the questions from exam point of view. Combining both is an intelligent choice.
