HOW IS SWAPNIL PATNI SIR CA FINAL COMPANY LAW AND ALLIED LAW BOOK...PLEASE SUGGEST??

If u really want to study and pass with good marks then use Munish Bhandari sir's book. Swapnil sir's book is not in depth and won't clear concepts much.

Swapnil Patni sir book is good only if u take his classes. For self-study, Munish Bhandari is best!

Thanks nishant...actually if i want to just refer swapnil sir book for quick reference and revision...whether his main book will be required or chart book will be sufficient.

I think you should use Swapnil Patni Sir chart. And, u should refer Munish Bhandari Main Book as well as Handbook.

MainBook for understanding the concepts deeply. Handbook for summary and revision. And, Swapnil sir charts can act as a super summary.
