Pan India majority of CA Final candidates prefer studying Corporate Law from Munish Bhandari's book. If at all you would be attending classes, then it is highly recommended that you attend his classes only.
Refer munish bhandari's book and pm for sebi as bhandari's book is not enough for that chap
