Is it possible to cover the 4 papers of gr 2 by nov 2016 starting from scratch as I am yet to begin studies.

Yes, it is possible to do it, provided you follow a strict time table. Also at the mean time, what ever time is available at your end, you got to ensure that it is used in a productive manner so that it de-stresses during your study leave period.
