Since you are already carried forward the of exemption in SFM, you shall not be eligible for any further exemption in the any other paper(s) of the first group until you have exhausted the exemption already granted to you. So you cannot carry forward exemption in FR even if you score 60+ in May exams.

You can carried one exemption at a time either this attempt exemotion or nov.17. For Ex. If yhis time you will get exmption in two subject than carried both subject exemption. so, you will have option to carry the exemption either for this attempt or Nov. 17. but you do not carried both attempt exemption
