No, you don't need to get the examination form signed but what you need us there is a separate form called certificate of service this is the form which is now required to be signed by any CA if you have completed your Articleship period. You can download this certificate of service form from the website icaiexam.icai.org
I have started my articleship from 1st December 2016 after passing ipcc in may 2016 when can i appear for ca final exam, what will be my attempt please tell?
Hi Pravin Purohit,
first of all please start a separate query if your query is not related to the question asked by the main querist, and secondly your attempt as per my calculation shall be November 2019 as only after completing 2 and a half years of articleship you could sit in the final exams and two and a half years shall be completed after the may 2019 attempt.

The certificate of service format for students who have completed their articleship has changed and this is the source of my confusion as well. There is no provision for attestation by a member/principal this time, while for may attempt there was. Does this mean that self attestation is sufficient?

Quick update in case someone else reads this thread too. Helplines say that self declaration is sufficient if you've completed your articleship. No member signature required.
