Ca final exam form (urgent)

hi all, 2nd march is the last for submission of the ca final exam form physical copy and i missed to send the copy so can any body confirm that do i need to submit the copy to delhi only or i can do the same in jaipur(my current city). i really wanna confirm that wheter jaipur branch of icai will accept the form on the last date as some one told me that they accept till one day before last date only.. plz plz its really very urgent. i will look forward for your answers

 Last Date For Submission of Online Application 
                Without Late fee:      24th February, 2016
                With Late fee of Rs. 600/- (US Dollars $10) : 02nd March, 2016

Last Date For Receipt of Online Application Forms:

Last Date for Receipt of Printout of Exam Application form (PDF) filled Online Without Late Fee after affixing photograph and specimen signature and signing the declaration duly countersigned by a member of the Institute/Principal  :  29th February, 2016

Last Date for Receipt of Printout of Exam Application form (PDF) filled Online With Late Fee after affixing photograph and specimen signature and signing the declaration duly countersigned by a member of the Institute/Principal : 07th March, 2016

Printout of Exam Application form (PDF) received after 07th March, 2016 will not be entertained under any circumstances. Therefore, candidates are advised to fill up the exam forms online at an early date to avoid last minute technical glitches and send the PDF form generated at least 3-4 days in advance of the last date.
