Ca final exam form provisional

A CA student filled their final exam form on August 20th, and it showed as provisional ('Y') because their articleship completion form needed approval. Although the articleship form was approved on the 24th, the exam form's provisional status hasn't changed. The student is unsure if further action is needed. Another user advised waiting until the admit cards are released and contacting them if there's an issue then.
