If there is any error in certificate of service attached while filling exam form can it under any circumstances lead to non issuance of admit card?

no issues.
There will be an option to edit exam form which will be open after few days.

I don't know the extent to which you can edit your exam form, but there will be an option to edit your form which will be available in few days. you will have to check the same
