With Late fee of Rs. 600/- (US Dollars $10) : 02nd September, 2016

Last Date For Receipt of Online Application Forms:

Last Date for Receipt of Printout of Exam Application form (PDF) filled Online Without Late Fee after affixing photograph and specimen signature (if the same are not appearing in the pdf ) nd signing  the declaration duly countersigned by a member of the Institute/Principal/Gazetted Officer : 30th August, 2016

Last Date for Receipt of Printout of Exam Application form (PDF) filled Online With Late Fee after affixing photograph (if the same are not appearing in the pdf)  and specimen signature and signing the declaration duly countersigned by a member of the Institute/Principal/Gazetted Officer : 06th September, 2016.

Applicants whose photograph / signature are not appearing on the PDF have to affix their photograph & sign the PDF before necessary attestation. However, all applicants are required to send the PDFs as per above cut off dates.

Printout of Exam Application form (PDF) received after 06th September, 2016 will not be entertained under any circumstances.
