CA Final Exam Attempt Query

hi friends please tell me i hve cleared my PCC exam in may 2010 and my articleship is completed so can i give my Final Exam in Nov 2010 as eligibility crietria is

PCC Cleared,Final Registration No and Articleship Complete

my doubt is about Final Registration No, Please help me kaushalh @ yahoo.com and can we check Final Registration status online
