1st q compulsory- 4 sections of 5 marks each, 2nd question a big 1- 16 marks , then 3rd 4th 5th 6th are questions of random patterns like 8+8 or 12+4 or any other combinations even with theory. Last 7th question is generally with optional question.

Yes 16 marks (4 marks each) questions from Case Laws book and greater focus on amendments brought by respective finance act.
