Yes, Bhanwar Borana handbook is best for DT. It is the best book for self study.
One of the best thing about this book is that it is handwritten and and very simple language is used in this book. Every topic is clearly explained in this book which makes the study easier and interesting.

For ISCA, you can go for Sudeep Mangla. It is also one of the best book for self study.
It Covered all elements from study material, it's easy to revise and no need to prepare separate short notes. Very easy language used which makes the study easier.
