I WAS REGISTERED FOR CA FINAL COURSE ON 20/02/2017, NOW THE SYLLABUS WAS CHANGING FROM MAY 2018 ONWARDS. MY ATTEMPT WILL BE ON NOV 2019. WILL THERE BE ANY PROBLEM REGARDING THE REGISTRATION OR ANY LIMITED ATTEMPTS OR SHOULD I RE-REGISTER ?

since you are registered before 1jul2017, old syllabus is applicable to you. under old syllabus 6 parallel attempts have been allowed to students, under old syllabus last exam will be nov20. students can any time switch over to new scheme, where there are no restrictions on number of attempts.
