Friends, I am tatollay nervous and confused with AMA paper. I have the Class Notes of Sanjay Agarwal and his books as I had attended his classes in November 13 batch at ETEN. But he has then not covered Topics like Pareto Analysis, DPP, Backflus-Costing. Can you please suggest a good book for self-study now. Is the book 'Problems and Solutions in 6 Volume Sets by CA PARAG GUPTA for CA FINAL (2015 Edition) helpful. My exams are due this November.

In the new edition of Sanjay Aggarwal which he distributed for Nov-15 attempt classes. You can find a seprate Chapter 17 - ''NEW TOPICS''.

There you'll find -

1. Value Chain Analysis, 2. Value added/ Non value added activity, 3. Pareto Analysis, 4. Bench Marking, 5. Back Flush costing, 6. Kaizen Theory, 7. Cost sheet profitability & Analysis, and 8. Value added activity.

, with sufficient examples to explain the concept. Hope it Helps.

It is never a good idea to change a book when you are just couple of months away from the examination. What you could do is for topics not covered in the classes you can study them from any other text book. But, don't get tempted to redoing things all over again, as it might prove costly. Just select those topics which you want a reference material to be studied from.

Dear Student,

We recommend you use the Module, the Practice Manual along with Prof. Dani's notes.

All the Best!
