It will be very helpful if anybody suggest me how to be conceptually strong in Cost and Taxation

Try to read the concept and solve a sum on it. If you are able to solve the sum that means you have applied the concepts well....if your not able to solve sum then reread the concept again to get clarity

will practice manual be enough or sone other author books to refer?
Practice Manual is good. But I suggest have one good reference also (like padhuka) to further enhance your concepts..
