Can anyone tell me when is the fresh batch starting for Final Corporate laws by Deepak Gajrani Sir !!! please confirm whether he teaches SEBI ICDR in full detail ( as im heard from some of his last batch students), and if any one can tell how many classes he takes in DIRECTORS, FEMA and INTERPRETATION OF STATUTES.

Deepak Gajrani Sir is the best for Corporate Laws as far as deep knowledge of law is concerned. He is behind all my law knowledge and Attitude towards law.

now when u are in ca finals u shud leave ur selective study habit
ICAI is checking the knowledge of the student now
and as far as Deepak Gajrani Sir is concerned he is teaching law depthly
exam pattern is very easy to follow but to make the students enable to understand how to interpret the law is not!!

hey tell me guys i have'nt prepared for ITSM in IPCC group 2 ....but i have prepared for Accounting 2 ..it would be better to study for Accounting ...so dat i can go 4 exemtion .....is it compulsory to appear in exam for claiming exmtion

@ richa arora : I agree with u. You can read law yourself. The best book is Munish bandari - The thick one and not the one with less pages. It will be the best book ever. I know lot of people scoring atleast 60-70 by reading that book
Which book is better Munish sir or Deepak sir
for self study munish sir's handbook is better

that thick book contains the law in Q&A format which also contains so much repetitive questions
handbook contains all the provisions along with the last 20 year's exam questions
many of my friends bought both books but now studyng with handbook only as it is easier to learn from a tabular format book instead or para based Q&A book!
