whether following act are applicable or not for may 2011
1. sebi (issue of capital and disclosure requirements )regulations 2009
2. co. (second amendment) act , 2002 ( relating to winding up)
3. provisions relating to revival & rehabilitation of sick- industrial co.
These topics are not applicable to may 2010 As per April 2010 student newsletter . but whether these r applicable in may 2011 or not .............. plse any 1 telll meeee..............
Hi Unica i think the ICAI provide same details in Website in March'10 and ur's doubt i.e these are aplicable to May'11 exams the ICAI yet to be clarify.....
Its too early to comment about applicability of the same to May 2011 attempt.
