Writing name of the Case works as Value Addition to the answer... So it is recommended if you can learn the important cases name... it will help you to fetch good score in exams...!!

Actually i m doing self study....so from where should i get imp case laws....which book?
All cases are given in the books itself, pm module rtp containes case laws...
Still subject wise you can find it here on CCI or on google.. just try a lil bit
