Ca final audit amendments for nov. 2013

These amendments are given in january 2013 icai study material.However,no mention of the same is there either May-2013 nor November-2013 list of pronouncements and R.T.P. s.
Please advise whether the same are applicable then for November-2013.
Further,in accounts the N.BF.C. N.P.A. rates are there in the January-2013 study material.However,the practice manual which is uploaded on he I.C.A.I. website even now carries the sums with old rates.The rates had effectively become applicable for May-2013 examination,however the suggested answer carries the sum's solution with the old rates as given in the latest practice manual.

Please advise A.S.A.P. .

Further at the time of issue of Jan Study Material in 2013, there was specific Announcement by ICAI regarding applicability in Nov 2013.

Regarding NBFC i don't know. You can email Sir directly or go to his facebook page and drop your message or you can contact icai.
