I just Completed PCC Both groups in June 2009.
My 3.5 years of articleship gets completed in Feb 2011.
I heard that students can appear in Finals before 6 months of completion of articleship and after 1 year of Clearing PCC.
SO CAN I ATTEMPT MY FINALS IN NOVEMBER 2010?
No you cant, have to complete 3.5 years articles.....

No. as per the new regulations u have to complete ur articleship of 3.5 yrs first & then eligible to appear for CA Final
