Ca final attempt

I have read in career section that Big 4 firms considers CA final attempts while giving job. Please inform me that if we fill exam form and don't give exam does it consider as attempt?

Yes they consider no. of attempts.

Yes your attempt will be counted if you fill exam form and doesnt appear.

if i dont fill the exam form, my attempt wont be counted?
