Is SEBI (DIP) guidelines 2000 applicable 4 May 2010 or v r suppose 2 restrict ourselves 2 SEBI Act only n no guidelines at all.

sir can you pls tell me that whether old sebi guidelines are also not applicable?

if not applicable, can you give me the source where it is written ?
