I am going to give my final attempt in May 2018 under old scheme of Final for first group.
Can i register for New scheme after that for second group of final?

Yes you can convert to new scheme after clearing Group 1

BUT BEFORE REGISTERING IN NEW SCHEME FOR SECOND GROUP YOU MUST CLEARED YOUR FIRST GROUP OTHERWISE IN CASE OF NEGATIVE RESULTS BOTH GROUPS WILL BE AS PER NEW SCHEME SO MAKE SURE THAT AFTER RESULT OF FIRST GROUP YOU CONVERT IT IN NEW SCHEME
