Your CA final attempt is in Nov17 you have sufficient time for preparation, even if syllabus is changes but most of the topica will remain same as it is now, e.g. IndAs is applicable, you can start self study for that, in subject like sfm and costing, i don't think any major changes will happen except adding 1-2 chapters or removing 1-2 chapters. So if you want to start now, you can start with cost and sfm subjects and for accounts whenever any batches for accounts in which teacher will teach IndAs, even you can read company act 2013 for law, and SAs for audit. So you have sufficient syllabus which you can start study now, and not waiting for notification of new syllabus because these topics or subjects are not going to affected.

I read the notification and accordingly I will be under old sceme only and that will be more clear in May,16 only.

I am planning to start with Costing(Sanjay agarwal book) and Law((ICAI Modules).

Let me know if some modifications can be done in my decisions.

So, you want me to start with Law, Audit , Cost, SFM.

 

Can you please recomment me some books for self study keeping in mind that my attempt is NOV,2017.

Read company law from company act, 2013. In audit read icai auditing pronouncements module for SAs. For cost and sfm many books are available in market you can refer any, i suggest you to study from institute module and practice manual.
