CPT is not so hard when compared to foundation ...
and with your sincere efforts you can clear it..
go with only institute material and both volumes of model papers and since you have time go with scanner too ....
prepare sincerely for 2 months , success is yours

I have done 12th from science steam and now I have to prepare for CA with b.com . will there be any consequences to be a science student ( pcm ) in 12th

No. Background doesn't matter at all. What is all needed is hard work and focus with strong determination and commitment

I belong from Motihari , Bihar and here are some institutes for CA but not so good . please tell me what kind of preparation I need for CA CPT currently and if possible please recommend books , materials e.t.c .

no substitute for ICAI materials..
many teachers are uploading free classes
make use of it
its just CPT so don worry much..
