CA CPT December 2010 Admit Card

Dear sir, this is masthan, one of my student named P. ARUN  (SRO 0328610) has not received CPT admit card of dec.2010,  iam even unable to download it from ur site, because it's not displaying any thing at site.And also i have sent detail through fax to ICAI with fax no. 0120 - 3054841. I will be thankful to if u say me an another way to get it.

I have not yet received my admission card for CA CPT exam for Dec ' 2010  the details of My Registration are as below,

Regn No. : SRO 0286852

OMR Application No. : 512997.

Please let me know the reason for non issuancance of Admit card.

Also let me know which exam registration number to be mentioned in the application of June ' 2011, whether  June ; 2010 or in case if i find Dec ' 2010 Roll No.

I am appearing  for CPT dec 2011,but I dont remember my dec 2010 roll no ...how will I find my roll no if I can track with my student registration no.
