I work for for the supply chain industry, closely inline with the IT/ have skills in IT too....but need guidance with the above questions. Thank you

so the next step is to:

1) The 1st step is to enroll for IPCC (for both groups) and then undetgo 100hrs of ITT trg (can one do the 100hr of training before enrolling for IPCC for both groups)
2) Register for practical traning for three years (this is i think Articleship training)
A: is this to be registred at tht time of enrolling for IPCC and completion of 100hr ITT trg
B: I cannot leave my job; is it possible to continue the articleship and gain experience.
C: Who/where can i approach for articleship training.
D:I can also do the work for free and complete my articleship tranining but i don't know who to contact.

Please provide information on the above (there are more questions but i just want to be clear on these ones first).
