A CA. cannot sign the provisional balance sheet as an auditor.

At best, he can issue a 'compilation report' as per SRS 4410 (Engagements to Compile Financial Information), as an accountant, so as to distinguish between an audit and a compilation engagement.

The financial statements should contain a reference such as “Unaudited,” “Compiled without Audit or Review” and also “Refer to Compilation Report” on each page of the financial information or on the front of the complete set of financial statements.

Mention 'Compiled by us on the basis of information provided to us not being audited or reviewed by us'

A very meaningful event, I hope everything will go well run 3
