Well friends i m here for you people to tell you take care of something that happened to me.

I **** had completed my articleship under CA (name-******) for about 18th months who indeed is my jijaji(brother in law).

He as being my jijaji had not given me any stipen but when the time of filling examination form comes he denied to sign

my form due to some personal dispute between my father and his father in law(my mausaji).

I requested CA institute to look into the matter and take actions against him but unfortunately ,they dont take any serious action for months that forces me to do knock the doors of court.

I register a case against him in court and he has not appeared for the case even once.The CA institute is taking his side 

even they know about all the details and have all the proof of my articleship.This is what the institute is doing to me,under such circumstances my family is forcing me to quit CA as it is over 9 months since i register the case.

Most probably i have to quit CA.

So,please i request you all to take care of your documents whenever you go for articleship and dont do it under some realtive ,because i dont want anybody to get his carrier lost like what had happened to me.
