CA auditor sign for homeloan

my client rendering spiritual services and filed income tax last year n had approached for a home loan by submitting the returns to the banker.

All procedures r almost cleard but for auditor seal and sign.

The banker is demanding for auditor seal and sign, though RBI clarifies that the CA certification is not necessary for individuals,

pls let me know if the CA certification is required for availing home loan by individuals.tnx

Not required, they can verify from income tax website.

Give a one pager report that the below particulars and amounts are in consonance with that which is reported in ITR of Mr. XYZ Prop. ABC rendering spiritual services vi jyotish, Karmakand, astrology and related advisory chm Consultancy having its registered office at........
The same have not been verified by us as to the accuracy and appropriateness of the same.

and then given sales, purchase,gp,gp%, npbt, npbt % etc.

SIR, IA, UNABLE TO catch up ur reply like for a spiritual service there is no profit and loss as such and i could not reach out to the meaning what u convey thro 1st para of ur reply.
