I wanted to know the do's and dont's of being a sleeping partner in a firm and also what are the advantages and disadvantages.
i would also like to know that how much salary can be expected being a sleepibg partner in a firm in jaipur, rajasthan.

Mam as of concern with sleeping partner 9n a ca firm, its depend upon the work of that firm if the firm have grater amount of work they can provide you good salary, it may be between 25 k to 40 k or may be more.
Mam plz tell me that this amount is for per year or per month?
What else benefit can a firm take from sleeping partner?

This per months salary. By contrcating with sleeping partner the firm can take advanatages of using the name of partner through which the firm can obtained various assignment where requiremnt of number of partner. Due to engagement of sleeping partner the number of partner will increase.
The firm will also benefit of Remarking given by industry. like we search top 50 ca firm. there are many other Internal benefits.
