I m confused please help me
I have done 10months & 10days of my articleship, which include 72 leaves.
can u please tell me how much more period I have to do my training and when will my final attempt due

Leave to an articled assistant:

1/6th of [Total number of days served – Total leave taken (other than weekly holidays)], subject to a maximum of 156 days in case of three years period of articled training.

[Examination days (including intervening holidays), ITT, GMCS and Seminars attended with the consent of the CA., are treated as part of the training period actually served.]

You will be eligible to appear in the Final Examination after completion of 30 months of articled training. Hence, calculate your eligibility criteria accordingly.
