I am student undergoing articleship. I have completed 1 year of articleship and now I want to terminate because i am going to Canada for my further studies. I want to know what documents are required to terminate it on the aforesaid reason. Also, on SSP portal I am asked an affidavit duly sworn in before a First Class Magistrate stating the reason for discontinuing the course. So, what would be format for it as its asked by my advocate so that he can prepare me my affidavit?
