bhai ese kai colleges hote hai jo degree regular ki dete hai par college nai jate
mere kai dost esi kar rahe hai but voh year mei 2 baar paper dete hai and fine bhar kar roll no le lete hai

u can go 4 ignou. There r some exemption provision for ca std who has been clear cpt and reg in ipcc..for details knowledge about ICAI-MOU visit www.icai.org ....
