CA articleship and CA Final registration query

Hey guys,

i cleared my PE-2 in november 2008 ...  want to register / complete all formalities before 30th april so that i can appear in May 2011 Final exam ... so,

1. Do i need to register for final and articleship simultaneously before 30th april ? ( i.e submit all the forms 103 and CA final registration)

2. What will be the effective date w.e.f which i'll be registered to CA final course and articleship.
