I have finished B.Com and Secured 84% and got the provisional certificate and yet to get degree. I am also appearing in IPCC Nov. 2011 exams.Almost 6 exams over. Still 1 to go.

I want to know the details of joining articles directly without clearing IPCC group1. When will it be amended? Will it be amended within January 2012? Please give suggestion.

no such provison..u have to clear group 1 for starting ur articleship...

Yet not notified by the ICAI.........IPCC GP-1 should be compulsary.......I don't think IPCC will be withdraw for Graduates...........

There is no such provision............. For joining articleship, you have to clear Group 1 of IPCC..........

Also, there is no amendment regarding this.............

is after submitting form 120 fresh articlship can be started?? And while filling form 102,103 which date shoud be filled-date on which articlship terminated as per form 120 or on which form 109 signed??

hi frenz i cleared ipcc group 1 in august 2011....as i'm doing bcom final sem , i'm thinking to join for articleship within april of 2012 but the fact is, my bcom exams is on april may 2012..., is i can register for articles in the month of march as there will b no college anymore due to study holiday....is my registertation is valid....is i need to submit form 112..? plz suggest me frenz........!
