Dear All,

I am having a doubt in articleship termination.

My native place is Mettupalyam (36 Kms away from Coimbatore) and pursuing my articleship in Chennai. I completed 2.5 years of articleship. Due to busy in work i not able to concentrate on my studies so not yet cleared PCC. I think to continue my balance articles in my home town. Frequently i am getting health related problems also while i am in chennai.

My question is...

1. Is there any clause for changing articles to home town?

2. If i able to terminate articles by medical grounds whether i want to produce medical certificate stating 3 Months time for recovery ? or Medical certificate signed by Cheif medical officer stating Illness with one month recovery time is enough.

I came to know that Doctors are eligible to issue medical leave for one month only. More than this period means we want to approach for Medical Board.

Plz Clearly indicate whether medical certificate with one or three months of recovery is needed?

Plz provide adequate details

S,u can get transfer since ur home town falls outside 50 kms....but if ur in the last year of articleship training transfer is not allowed.............

ya u can get transfer against the mutual concerns of your c.a. Institute are allowing 1 transfer.

Hi Friends,

I have cleared my IPCC but i have also taken ATC with IPCC.Now i wish to continue my C.A .So, Can any one guide me how many years of articleship we have to undergo if we have taken ATC with IPCC for writing C.A final exam.
