in form 103 ,i entered the  already completed articled assistant details (sro num) .how can i rectify it

or else i need to get a new form

first make a clear to me whether you are a article assisstant or a completed article student?

if, the mistake is like u r applying for articles registration and entered the details of the completed articled assistant in your form then that form will be invalid.

its better to make a new application to the ICAI ....
