I have cleared my ca in nov 2016 and I am in employment with a company for a profile of costing. I want to do CMA , do I need to inform icai about it? What is procedure for enrolling in CMA?

Answer to your first question as you have already done with your CA no need to inform yea post you're done with CMA you can intimate them for the additional professional qualification to added for you in the members registers.
You don't have to inform ICAI about it. You can register on www.icmai.in for CMA.
