CMA Stands for Credit Monitoring Appraisal.
Banks reuire the projections, usually next 5 years, in this format for the appraisal of the proposed loan. This determines, on prima facies, the repayment capacity and other ratios to financial institue in taking the decision, whether loan should be given or not.
