C from issue under up vat

Hi Sudhindra, I have recently shifted to UP and came to know about the entry form. For any purchases outside UP we need to issue this form and it is to be issued and sent to the supplier beforehand otherwise the goods shall not be allowed to enter into the state. While issuing the form one should compusorily need to fill the invoice details otherwise there is a huge penelty. On the other hand Form-C has different purpose to serve. We issue Form-C so that the supplier shall charge lower rate of CST. Note: anyone find this is not correct then please rectify it. Regards, Vicky.
