I will complete the all detail of party for uploading the c forms but the forms were not exist in 2011-12 c form. the department site says no forms issued for this period

For the much earlier period of 2011-12 you can not draw a 'C' form now.It is highly belated.A 'C' form for a purchase has to be first declared in the quarterly/monthly return and then claimed within three months after the period ends. Now only the concerned LVO can help you after you file an aplplication explaining the reasons for the delay and after his satisfaction......mjk
