For composite scheme, you cannot purchase goods from other state. So, there's no question of C form.

You Can purchase from Outside of State and Issue C form in Case of Composite Scheme Also

1.Issue Purchase order with Road Permit (D-IX Form) it Should Clearly Written in PO that Purchase is Against C Form.

2. C form is Issued Qurterly

3. Must be Paid Entry Tax if It is Applicable on Goods

4. File Vat and CST Return Quarterly ( CST Registration is Must)

5. Online C Form is Available on State Commercial Tax Website

6. Find Login ID and Pass word From Authority
