Our 's is a partnership firm in AP. construction of residential apartments is our business. we are under composition scheem & paying vat @ 1.25% on flat sale price. now we are going to purchase some materilas from out of state. for that we need to give c' forms. can any body tell me how to dealt with this. what is the procedure to issue c forms?

For composite scheme, you cannot purchase goods from other state. So, there's no question of C form.

You Can purchase from Outside of State and Issue C form in Case of Composite Scheme Also
1.Issue Purchase order with Road Permit (D-IX Form) it Should Clearly Written in PO that Purchase is Against C Form.
2. C form is Issued Qurterly
3. Must be Paid Entry Tax if It is Applicable on Goods
4. File Vat and CST Return Quarterly ( CST Registration is Must)
5. Online C Form is Available on State Commercial Tax Website
6. Find Login ID and Pass word From Authority
