C form without issuers CST Nos.

As far is Karnataka, CST numbers are not being alloted after the introduction of VAT. Only TIN is alloted. 

i have made interstate transfer of goods for manufacturing at my branch office in other state and my brnach office have not registered under cst because there is no tax on such goods in that state. now due to goods transfer from maharastra to gujrat state my branch office now appiy for cst no and has given us F form for previous period

is it valid or not

F form is for stock transfer from one entity to other entity for yourown company with 0% tax.
