Could any one can tell me that Why is "C"Form issued in DVAT And "W" Form in Tamil Nadu VAT.?

'C' form is of CST Act 56 and it is used by a registered dealer to buy goods from dealer of another state at concessional ratee of tax i.e.2%. WW (not W) form in TN is for filing an audit report u/s 63 A of TN VAT ACt.....MJK
