Just Think logically, If you are Invoicing to Gujarat dealer why, MP dealer will liable to gove C form, he will not at all be on this line of Transaction.

 These things like Invoicing of one Dealer & shipping to another location or Branch or Another Dealer in some cases, are their Internal dealings, which will not come under the purview of Vat act.
