i have delivered the goods to MP(dealer) but billing is to GUJ(dealer) from which states dealer will i get the cform?

can u please elaborate why not MP dealer

and who has to give the eform then

Dear Madam,

Just Think logically, If you are Invoicing to Gujarat dealer why, MP dealer will liable to gove C form, he will not at all be on this line of Transaction.

These things like Invoicing of one Dealer & shipping to another location or Branch or Another Dealer in some cases, are their Internal dealings, which will not come under the purview of Vat act.
