C form received of different amount
Respected sir
we have made an inter state sale of Rs 13954.00 to on of our client outside the state..but he has wrongly issued us a C FORM of Rs 13894.00.
i just want to know if these mistake on his part would effect us....what would be the possible cosequences and remedy for the same

Dear sir
As you said that you have received the C form of less amount rs. 60. For this the rule defined is different in every state. if the state of buyer has procedure of online issuance of c form, then application can be made to cancel the form and for reissue the form. If the form is manual then editing can be made on C form. So to know the detailed procedure of the issue you have to mention from which state you have received the c form and in which state you are residing.
