C form issues

Dear friends,

I am working for Construction ( Works Contractor ) company in bihar.

We are purchasing some material from out side of bihar ( Interstate purchases ).

I would like to know , that which material shall we purchase against "c" form .

Brief details :

1.Capital goods  - machinery, camp construction material

2.Store Consumbles - machinery spares

3. Raw material - For our project.
