we are in mining construction line. we consume diesel for own vehicle. can we purchase against c form & show expenses direct in our books. i have dbout that if we pur with c form then resale is compulsary.

Its not necessary that if you purchase against c form then resale is compulsory. You have to issue only form and nothing else.

you can not purchase diesel against Form C because its not for resale its for consumption.

its same case as yours they also consume diesel hence not allowed to purchased diesel againg Form C
